For decades, traditional contract manufacturers have remained stagnant in how they run their business model and making it difficult for smaller brands to get started (i.e high minimum order quantities, deprioritized in production scheduling, etc.)

I created iLABS to fill in the gap in today’s evolving beauty market based on my deep understanding of the needs and challenges of each of the sectors of the industry: Retailers, brands and contract manufacturers.

iLABS is a Global Innovation Company. In addition to the talented chemists in our Mahwah, New Jersey campus, we have alliances with creative and experienced chemists around the world in order to bring the best beauty innovations to our customers.

    – Precursor to Ulta & Sephora
    – Sold prestige beauty brands including Chanel, La Prairie, Christian Dior, and La Mer.
    – Expanded Cosmetic World to 7 locations within the state of California.
  • 2003
    Launched 3LAB
    – Prestige Skincare Line
    – Became #1 Seller at Barney’s within one year of launch.
  • 2004-2018
    Established Englewood Lab
    – Dissatisfied with quality standards of contract manufacturers for 3LAB, David decided to set up his own manufacturing facility.
    – State of the art R&D and manufacturing facility.
